Exceptional my stay at Hostal El Resbalon customer service helped me obtain a new room when I requested for assistance. The breakfast and meals normally was perfect. All the personnel I contacted were extremely pleasurable.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff from the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been cozy and the other guests have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Extremely nice hotel and great area. Undoubtedly advise this hotel!

I have stayed for five nights with my wife. Beds ended up big enough and the space was normally clean up. The personnel were being very useful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.

Pretty great and clean place. The area where is located is great, exactly what we needed. Beds were being extremely nice. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance however it´s superior for an entire night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will probably reserve once more for my future stop by here.
